The research background is based on the increasing adoption of generative AI in education, which demands a pedagogical framework that is not only technologically adaptive but also critical and ethical. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with reference to the PRISMA guidelines to select and synthesize relevant articles related to AI and language learning. The selection process is carried out through the stages of identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion based on thematic relevance and publication quality criteria. The results of the study indicate that AI contributes to improving digital literacy, literary creativity, and critical thinking skills, but also presents ethical challenges, potential dependency, and the risk of reducing originality. Based on the synthesis of findings, an AI-based Digital Ethnopedagogy model is formulated that integrates technological, cognitive-critical, creative, academic ethics, and local cultural context dimensions as the foundation of learning. This model emphasizes that AI needs to be positioned as a collaborative tool that strengthens reflection and the production of meaning, not as a substitute for the role of educators. This study recommends further empirical testing to measure the effectiveness of the model at various levels of education to strengthen its conceptual and implementative validity.
2026-03-02T00:00:00+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://ejournal.stitbima.ac.id/index.php/fitrah/article/view/1289 Stimulation of the Development of Verbal Linguistic Intelligence in Autistic Students at Muhammadiyah Elementary School 16 Surabaya 2026-06-08T04:54:06+00:00 Jessica Dwi Rahmayanti jesicadwi13@gmail.com Muhamad Arif muhamadarif070593@gmail.com
Autistic individuals experience verbal and nonverbal communication problems by 40%-50%. This disorder causes verbal-linguistic intelligence in autistic children to be very slow or absent altogether. Therefore, verbal-linguistic intelligence in autistic students needs to be developed, by providing specific stimuli. This study aims to describe the provision of stimuli in improving verbal-linguistic intelligence in autistic students at Muhammadiyah 16 Elementary School, Surabaya. This study aims to formulate a new paradigm through the reconstruction of an adaptive Islamic Education epistemology in the digital age. Employing a descriptive-qualitative literature review, this study adopts a multidisciplinary approach that integrates aspects of technology, sociology and the philosophy of religion. The findings reveal that the epistemological reconstruction of Islamic Education must synergise revelation, reason and analytical data through the strengthening of the tabayyun (verification) framework in the digital era, alongside the development of teacher competencies based on twenty-first-century skills. The implications of this study underscore the urgency of reformulating the Islamic Education curriculum so that it focuses not merely on the transfer of knowledge or the enhancement of students’ cognitive abilities, but is equally capable of preserving the authenticity of spiritual values and character. This model serves as a strategic reference for Islamic educational institutions in nurturing a generation that is technologically proficient whilst possessing profound moral character amidst the tide of global disruption.
2026-06-08T20:42:20+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://ejournal.stitbima.ac.id/index.php/fitrah/article/view/1351 Santri Mengajar: The Amaliyah Tadris Model in Shaping the Spirit and Teaching Skills at Nurul Hakim Islamic Boarding School, West Lombok 2026-06-13T10:32:57+00:00 Baiq Ninda Auliya baiqnindaauliya@gmail.com Muhammad Muhammad muhammad83@uinmataram.ac.id Emawati Emawati emawati@uinmataram.ac.id
This study aims to analyze the "Santri Mengajar" (Students Teach) model through the implementation of the Amaliyah Tadris program in developing the pedagogical and professional competencies of students (santri) at the Nurul Hakim Islamic Boarding School (Pesantren) in Kediri, West Lombok. Using a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method, the researcher acted as the primary instrument. Primary data were obtained through non-participatory observation, documentation of learning plans, and semi-structured interviews with the boarding school leadership, teachers (asatidz), supervisors (musyrif/musyrifah), and students. Data analysis was conducted interactively, encompassing data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing, with validity checks performed through prolonged observation and triangulation. The results of the study show that: First, the Amaliyah Tadris program is implemented through a structured systemic cycle that integrates the curricula of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Medina, and Gontor. This includes the stages of lesson plan preparation (I’dad), teaching practice (Tadris), and critical evaluation through a Naqd (critique) session based on the values of al-‘adl (justice), ash-shihah (truth), at-ta’aawun (cooperation), and al-ifadah (usefulness). Second, this program simultaneously succeeds in developing the students' pedagogical competence by forming the profile of Mudarris al-Mahir (skilled teacher) and professional competence by fostering Ruh al-Mudarris (the spirit of an educator). Nevertheless, a critical-reflective analysis indicates challenges in the form of procedural rigidity and tight clinical supervision patterns, which potentially limit the instructional creativity space of the practicing students.
2026-06-09T10:27:55+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://ejournal.stitbima.ac.id/index.php/fitrah/article/view/1333 Evaluation of Child-Friendly School Policies at SMPN 14 Surabaya 2026-06-09T12:05:37+00:00 Waming Gading Ardy Pratama waming.22106@mhs.unesa.ac.id Mufarrihul Hazin mufarrihulhazin@unesa.ac.id Kaniati Amalia kaniatiamalia@unesa.ac.id Hari Setyawan harisetyawan@gmail.com
This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Child-Friendly School (SRA) policy in SMP Negeri 14 Surabaya using James E. Wardah Hanafie Dos fatmawaty79spd@gmail.com
Religious moderation has become a strategic educational agenda in multicultural societies as a response to the increasing challenges of religious intolerance, radicalism, and socio-cultural polarization. Although numerous studies have examined the relationship between Islamic Religious Education (IRE) and religious moderation, existing research generally focuses on individual educational components, such as curriculum, teachers, learning strategies, or institutional policy, without explaining the systematic relationship among these components. This study aims to develop a Conceptual Framework of Islamic Religious Education for Strengthening Religious Moderation in a Multicultural Society. The study employed a Systematic Library Research (SLR) approach by analyzing peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2020 and 2025 and indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, DOAJ, and SINTA. The selected literature was synthesized using Thematic Analysis to identify recurring concepts and reconstruct theoretical relationships. The findings reveal five interconnected dimensions of the proposed framework, namely Input (Wasatiyyah values, multicultural society, and national commitment), Islamic Religious Education (curriculum, teacher competence, learning strategies, school culture, and digital literacy), Internalization Process (dialogue, reflection, habituation, experiential learning, and collaborative learning), Output (religious character, tolerance, justice, inclusiveness, and mutual respect), and Outcome (religious moderation, social harmony, and a peaceful multicultural society).
2026-06-22T13:55:45+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://ejournal.stitbima.ac.id/index.php/fitrah/article/view/1151 Collaborative Transformation of Teachers and Principals in Strengthening the Quality of Science Learning in Elementary Schools 2026-06-22T14:50:08+00:00 Mulyadin Mulyadin mulyadin299@gmail.com Desak Putu Paramiti putudesakundiksa@gmail.com Nyoman Dantes dantesundiksa@gmail.com
This study aims to analyze the collaborative transformation between teachers and principals in strengthening the quality of Natural Science (IPA) learning in elementary schools through a qualitative literature study approach. Educational collaboration is not only understood as technical cooperation, but also as a transformational process involving paradigm shifts, participatory leadership, and a culture of continuous learning in the school environment. This research method uses a literature study approach by analyzing various scientific sources, such as reputable journals, academic books, and national education policy documents. The results of the study indicate that collaborative transformation between teachers and principals plays a significant role in improving the quality of science learning through strengthening pedagogical competence, methodological innovation, and visionary collaborative leadership. This transformation takes place through three main dimensions: structural, cultural, and pedagogical transformation. First, in the structural dimension, principals reform the learning management system to be more participatory, by involving teachers in strategic decision-making, curriculum planning, and evaluation of learning outcomes. Second, in the cultural dimension, collaboration is transformed into a school culture that fosters mutual trust, openness, and a commitment to quality learning. The principal acts as a catalyst for change, fostering reflective, innovative, and collaborative values within the school environment.
